Our team of experienced and specialized home health aides and registered nurses provides personalized support for our clients through 24-hour live-in care, helping them live life with dignity in the comfort of home.

Home Care Solutions is unique in home care — specializing in providing live-in care, positioned as the premier provider of live-in care for the seniors.

We offer an initial assessment by a registered nurse at no charge. In addition, a nurse visit is made every two weeks to set up medications for each live-in client as part of the services. Special attention is paid to quality assurance and the development of customized care plans when services begin.

Home Care Solutions employs only home health aides that have experience, and completes background checks on all of our employees. The objective is to place suitable caregivers that improve clients’ daily experience — caregivers “we would place in the home of our own parents.” Home Care Solutions is fully licensed, bonded and insured as required by the State of Minnesota. Careful consideration is given when assigning caregivers to each client. Every effort is made to choose truly compatible caregivers so that a bond can be formed with the client.
